Default Q: for bullseye shooters/reloaders.

So let me get this straight:
Five station auto progressive press setup strictly for 38 Special WC loaded with Hornady 148gr-.358 HBWC mica dust coated and cold swaged bullet.
Station 1: universal de-capping die (no sizing) and set new primer.
Station 2: flare mouth and charge powder.
Station 3: powder check die.
Station 4: set bullet.
Station 5: factory roll crimp and FL size loaded round.

Is my sequence alright or am I missing something?

gun 1: Norinco Olympia
gun 2: S&W 27-2
gun 3: Sig Sauer .45 Revolution

You still need to re-size the brass. Usually done in the de-capping stage instead of a universal de-capping die. Is there a reason for not re-sizing?

Stage 3--- Flare case mouth and drop powder charge
Stage 4--- Seat bullet
Stage 5--- Crimp bullet taper or roll crimp depending on die used.

I also have a Dillion 550B, I only count four stages. Stage 1 deprimes, re-sizes and reprimes. Stage 2 flares and drops charge, stage 3 seats bullet and stage 4 crimps. There are only four holes/dies in the tool head.

I have a 550 too and

Stage 1--- Decap and resize
Stage 2--- Prime
Stage 3--- Flare case mouth and drop powder charge
Stage 4--- Seat bullet
Stage 5--- Crimp bullet taper or roll crimp depending on die used.

should be

Stage 1--- Decap, resize (on the downstroke) and re-prime (on the upstroke)
Stage 2--- Flare case mouth and drop powder charge
Stage 3--- Seat bullet
Stage 4--- Crimp bullet taper or roll crimp depending on die used.

Stage 3 & 4 (seating and crimping) can be combined with some dies, giving you an open station for a powder level checker
