Looks to me that whoever had this outfit years ago...was disassembling the loads (look at the holes made in the cork wads made by the corkscrew tool).

Looks like one of the shot dippers is a Union Hardware and the tools are Ideal.

These things are sold frequently on the auction sites and bring some money- not a whole lot. Do a search and you will find them. These tools are not rare- really they are fairly common, since many people in the early century reloaded. These tools are pictured in the front of the Lyman Shotshell reloading manuals and show how they are used. If you were to buy some new paper 12ga hulls, you could easily reload them on these tools. The tools in the upper right hand of the first and second photos are the wad ramming tools, and I really can't tell, but likely one is a funnel shaped piece that helps you start the powder, wad and shot into the shell so the mouth of it will not collapse- very handy to have.

The wads are worthless except to perhaps a cowboy shooter that reloads and hulls aren't really collectible in present condition, but they'd likely bring something to someone- maybe a cowboy shooter that might be able to salvage a few for use with black powder. He'd also need *57 primers to load the Remington hulls too. Most look too far gone to use, but its hard to tell without feeling them.

Are you intending to keep and load with these tools, or dispense with them?

The A&P egg box in the background might be collectible. I'm serious!

I'd like to sell the whole bundle, I really need to downsize. I've been trying to get my Wife to do the same, I tease her about being a hoarder....But I've got stuff like this.
