Bullets and powder for 500

Bought a S&W 500 4" what are your favorite recipes, Lead or Jacketed ? Really need info on the powders I have read where some are getting a lot that does not burn do to the short barrel.

My favorite plinker load, because of price is Berrys 350 gr. with cannelure, on top of 35 gr. of Lil' Gun. Just make sure you crimp well! Oh and dont forget to use large rifle primers so you dont melt your firing pin!
