I am loading .411 cast bullets in 41 mag and .358 cast bullets in 357 mag. They are a tight fit and the loaded cases appear to be swollen where the slug rests in the case.

How do I get a better looking round and one that accepts .001 overbore size slugs more easily?

Use a larger diameter resizing die?
Use .411 and .358 expander dies?
IF so, where can I get them. I have lyman and RCBS dies.

Your sizing dies seem to be sizing the cases down pretty good. This is not a bad thing, it gives you a little higher bullet "pull" when the cartridge is fired, and makes powder ignition more consistent. What you're seeing is purely cosmetic, and many reloaders actually prefer this situation. You can experiment with sizing dies if you want to, but I don't expect it will help much. Also, you will find different case wall thicknesses between manufacturers, and even between different lots of brass from the same manufacturer. If it's cosmetics you're after, don't resize your brass at all, just deprime it, flare it, & reload it. Some cases may not chamber at all, but it should give you the appearance you want.

Another alternative is to resize using a Lee FCD with the internals removed.

You can expand also using the Lyman M expander and that will expand the case below the flare. Redding also now makes the same die since the Lyman patent ran out. An added benefit is this will allow your bullets to be seated more concentric with the case.

The Lyman M die is what I have been using for 40+ years of pistol reloading... And the Lee Factory Crimp die now also....

Recently found an old unused set of Lyman dies for the .405 Winchester that has a M die it it...no more shaving lead from cast bullets...

If the bulge appears to be more prominet on one side than the other chances are the bullet is not being seated squarly to the case. Th M-die helps in getting the bullet started correctly and should minimise the bulge.
