You don't mention your intended purpose for this load, nor the type of gun you will be using. I load a Berry's 180 RNFP over 3.6 grains of WW231, for use in my model 610 revolver, for ICORE competition, and for shooting steel. This load gives me a power factor of 125, which is a light target load. The results would certainly be much different if I were using that same load in a semi-auto. If I were using the same model 610 for USPSA, where I would be required to meet a 165 power factor, approximately 925 fps, the load would be different
My recommendation is to check your reloading manuals as well as the Winchester web site and look for a mid-range load that will give you a 145 power factor - about 800 fps. with the 180 grain bullet, from whatever gun you currently own. Remember to always start with a light powder charge, as listed in the manuals, and work your way up.
