Default 357sig . What powder for target/med loads?

Just got my first 357sig (M&P). At $34/box, I need to start reloading fast.
So, I've got plenty of 125 gr TC in (18brinell)lead and plated finish and the dies are on the way. So what powders can I use to get med velocities out of this interesting cal? I'm hoping I already have something in the locker ( Clays, red dot, blue dot,W231, W296,Unique, 20/28, bulseye. If I have to buy something, hopefully it works equally well in 40S&W ( as I need to start on that one next :-)
Any advice appreciated.

I do not load the 357 Sig but everything above and below it,

I would look into Power Pistol, I love it in the 40 SW and 9mm.

your 231 will work as a target type load too. keep in mind i have never been able to tun that caliber very slow and get much accuracy. have a sig 229 one of the first ones. the plated bullets are not supposed to run at high speed. same loading data as lead bullets of that weight.

AA #9 seems to be very popular because it fills the case, theoretically setback concerns. The neck is so short, you have to be very careful about setback and check for it as you're building up your load.

I've used AA #7 with some success. It also fills most of the case.

I've had excellent results in several guns with 10.6 grains of AA#7 using 125 grain jacketed bullets (Zero or Montana Gold). Runs about 1200 fps.
