Default 300-MP ??

Has anyone else tried this ?
I just shot a hundred rounds of this in 44 Magnum at the range and found it really accurate for me at least.
It sure looks like H-110 \ 296, but there is no warnings about low charge on Alliants site that I saw anyway.
There listed charge on their website seems to be about the same as H-110
too?
I also saw no mention of Magnum primer need either .
But I used Winchester as it seems like a lot of powder to ignite.
Anyone else using it ?
The big bang that 2400 has is noticeably absence with 300-MP and I am using 5 grains more !

So far I have only used it seriously in 357 magnum rifles where it performs very well. I did try my rifle load (18.0 gr under a 158 gr FP/XTP) through a 3" and 4" 686. Averages were:

3" bbl: 1,102 fps SD=27 fps
4" bbl: 1,226 fps SD=33 fps

I've read a few article claiming that the Power Pro line, which includes 300-MP, has a flash suppressant but I've read other articles denying that. I tend to doubt that it is. There was some flame from the muzzle but not as bad as I remember 2400 to produce. However, on that day I did not have any 2400 reloads for a fair comparison.
