Default Loads for a .32 Safety Hammerless

Dear Sirs
I have a .32 Smith & Wesson Safety Hammerless 1st Issue and intent to fire it, but is difficult to obtain factory loads in my country so I’m thinking on a few reloads. I enjoy the action, a true DA only with more than 110 years of age!
Can be safe to use 1.5 grains of Bullseye and a lead bullet of 85 grains, Lyman 313249? What load do you suggest? My intention is just to fire a few shots and not to cause any damage to a very old gun.
Best regards
McGraw

I wouldn't do it. Keep looking for commercial rounds. Get the weapon checked by an experienced gunsmith. Lockup is non-existent on many old .32's. Hang it on the wall and shoot something else. Be safe. Rod

Thanks for your warning Rodsvet.
I'm still looking for loads, but I found on an old Lyman #45 Edition with some loads for it and suggestions for top break guns.
I know that the old data is sometimes dangeous to use with modern components or pressure reading technics.
They suggest 1.4 of Red Dot under a 77 grains lead bullet.
What do you think?

I only mention not reloading for it because I blew one up hand loading using a light charge of Unique. I was under the maximum and slugged the barrel for safety. They were originally made for black powder I believe. If you decide to do it, start out super conservative on the powder charge. It is better to have to drive a stuck bullet out of the barrel with a wooden dowel than to ruin an old pistol or risk injury. If you were in Socal, I would give you half a box of vintage rounds to try, but you are thousands of miles away. Good luck and be careful. Rod

I have a number 39 Lyman manual and it states for an "87 grain cast plain base bullet"
MAXIMUM is 1.4 gr. Bullseye, 2.0 Unique.
Note: Lyman 313249 is listed as an 87 grain bullet.
CAUTION! I would start WAY UNDER the loads listed or use BP.
