Dillon Press-Parts missing-Help
Received Dillon SDB in mail today. Started set-up. Have problem with the very first step(Fig.1). Installing the ejected cartridge chute bracket(#13659) with two large screws(#13976). The screws are missing. Just unpacked the press. I called the Dillon Tec support but get busy signal. I Emailed them but haven't gotten a reply. Does anyone know the size of these screws? From the drawing they appear to be socket headed cap screws. Need the size and the length so I can find them here. Hard to believe I couldn't even get past step #1. Thanks for the help.

I would also keep calling Dillion, they have always been very receptive to me in the past. Replaced parts I had dropped and lost and some I foolishly broke.

I am sure their phone is still ringing off the hook in these times. Rest assured their Customer Service is still top noch and keep dialing. I called them just recently for a few worn out parts that needed replacing after a few attempts i got through and had the parts in just a few days.
I would expect that Dillon is now the busiest they have ever been and until the dust settles on the gun issues at hand I would not think there wold be a slow down there for quite a while.

Send them a nice email with the part number. While they may be busy, they still have first class customer service.

"9:00 AM their time" would be the West coast time zone.

NO........Dillon is in the Mountain Time Zone. Not the Pacific Time Zone.
The above is stated on Dillon's Web Site.

Received an Email from Dillon yesterday requesting my mailing address. Great company and I understand the time delay. Also, had a private message from:
socal s&w offering to send me the parts at no cost. Just wanted to thank him for such a kind gesture.
