Default Kudo's to RMR.

Just received a recent order of bullets, 1000 180 gn. 40 caliber and 1000 230 gn. 45 caliber. When I opened the package it was short one 500 count box of the 45 caliber and the label on the box matched the contents. Placed a call to RMR and left a message on their voicemail about the discrepancy and figured it would take a day or three for them to get back to me it being the weekend. Got home and checked my email and found there was a shipping notice about the missing package.

Yeah, they did goof on my order. With the level of demand at the present time we have to expect that mistakes will happen on occasion. What is nice is to see a company that doesn't hesitate to correct their error and does it as quickly as is humanly possible. So, hats off to RMR for doing it right.
