Default Who makes brass without any headstamp?

I have brass for .45 ACP and 7.62x39 that has no headstamp whatsoever. Both are Boxer primed. Is there some (foreign?) manufacturer that does this as a matter of habit or is this stuff so bad that the maker is ashamed to mark it?

Pic?

Could have been ment for clandestine sale at one point or skipped over to save time/money, or a batch that accidentally skipped that process and no one noticed or cared since its not vital to the function. Could be a lot of things

Is there primer sealant? Yugo used red /orange and green. SA used purple. There are Czech and Bulgarian with no headstamps as well. Mostly its because they can ship anywhere ......and it came from..... "who knows where?"

Later it got surplussed to the US. Usually this stuff is Berdan corrosive but not always.

Also it could be military. Is there any kind of markings on the bottom such as numbers or a circle with a cross in it?

I have about 10 pieces of the .45 ACP and 20 of the 7.62x39. There are no NATO markings and no numbers to indicate year. No markings of any kind. The primer pockets were never crimped and I don't think any sealant was ever applied. I accidentally reloaded a .45 ACP before I realized it's different and it looks like any other piece of decent brass, as in no belt from excessive head expansion due to soft brass. Again, they are Boxer primed and not Berdan. I can't tell if they were originally corrosive primed or not. Nobody else has ever found or used anything similar?

Years ago My best friend and I split a 1000 new 38 S&W brass from South Africa that had absolutely no head stamp. This batch was for an ignition round for light mortars and these were from the over run. Ivan

Never cared to check. I dont care who made it. I only have one expectation....it has to work.....thats it!

Often times one country would make ammo for another country without having it "official" so there wouldnt be any stamps. Some % of that ammo remained and eventually sold here as surplus. Personally i wouldn't worry about it.

If they are boxer primed and reloadable they were not corrosive.

I have a batch of .38 S&W without head stamps. They shoot fine, although when I finish shooting for the day a "black" helicopter lands in my back pasture and I turn them over. In about a week a package is left under the oak tree at the southeast corner of the pasture. I think I've said too much already...
