Default Titegroup in 9mm

I am working with Lee's 105grSWC in my 9mm Kimber Target II. So far the best load accuracy wise has been W231, which has become totally unavailable in this area. Several fellow shooters have recommended Titegroup. Has anyone out there had any experience with a combination like this?(light bullet and Titegroup).

Titegroup works great in my 9mm 39-2 with lead bullets. Can't remember the weight of the bullets right now.

I used it for a while in 9mm. I loaded hardcast 124 gr bullets. I ended up switching to Universal. I wanted something less dense, slower, and with a wider range. I had good results from the Titegroup, but was having some leading problems, and switched powder as part of the solution.

Never tried it with something that light. I did find that TG will work the slide at lower powder levels than some of the slower powders. Accuracy was good with TG.

I believe it is a good powder for 9mm, but one must be careful with it.

I have some TG left, and will probably use it in my model 10, where leading never seems to be a problem, and I can stay well below max loads. I tried a handful of 140 gr SWCs with start loads of TG last week, with good results. Hopefully the TG I have on hand will see me through until some Universal, or HP38 comes available.

Same here. 115gr 9mm loads. No complaints.

I used it with Lead 115 gr. and now use it with plated 115 gr. over 4.6 grs. Of Titegroup. Shot 300 last night, flawless, clean, perfect! It's not as good with lead only because it burns so hot and fast that it instantly vaporizes the lube and smokes like Blackpowder.
