Finding a load for my Model 58

Finally got everything together along with time to start looking . 500 new Starline cases , 1000 MBC 215 SWC , primers are WLP & Fed 155's .
Most people like Unique for these kind of loads . So that's what I did . Tried 7.5 , 8.0 & 8.5grs w/ WLP primer . Of the 3 , 8.0gr shot the best , accuracy however wasn't that great .
Next I tried Universal Clays : same charge weights , WLP primer . Again accuracy not what I want . 7.5grs shot the best of these 3 .
Next I tried SR7625 , WLP . 7.0 , 7.5 & 8.0 . 7.5 shot good but I'd like a little more horsepower . Accuracy was better than Unique or Universal loads above . Good plinking load , but as stated I'd like a bit more authority for hunting , pest removal or social work .
Next I tried 4227 , Fed 155 primer . Shot 16.0 , 16.5 & 17.0grs . Let me just say that in my gun this aint the answer . I believe this powder in this caliber it's like H110 / W296 in that it's all or nothing for best results .

Originally I was thinking a nice middle level cast load but might have to go faster to get the accuracy I want . So I'm thinking about trying :
2400 - 14.5 to 16.5grs
SR4756 - 9.0 to 10.0grs
Blue Dot - 10.0 to 12.0grs
800X - 9.0 to 10.5grs
N340 - 8.0 to 9.0 grs
N350 - 8.0 to 9.6 grs
Have never used Blue Dot , 800X or 4756 before . I've heard 800X does not meter well , all the Blue Dot issues & that 4756 don't like being crowded . N350 looks like a good fit on paper .
I'm also thinking that perhaps a different bullet if the MBC's won't do . Since I no longer cast , I believe that Moyer's & Rim Rock are the only sources for either Lyman 410459 or H&G258 cast bullets . Any thoughts , advice etc . Chime on in as I'm sure someone's done this before .
Bullet sizing ( .411 ) & lube are working fine . No leading & lube star on the muzzle .

I have had good luck with SR4756. I have yet to run them across a chrono, but my 210-215 gr SWC were right on POA. If I recall correctly, I was using 10.5 gr.

I must say that all my model 58s and my 4" 57s are very accurate with 6.5gr of trailboss pushing a generic 215 BBSWC( I have used at least 4 different makers and had similar results) with WLP primers. Be advised this is a WIMP load given to me by a IDPA shooter and will just make major in the 4" gun. About 825 fps or so.
If you are into more recoil and louder noises you may wish to skip this load BUT if you are into giving the poor old arthritic wrists a rest and shooting a bunch in a day without pain give it a try.

Sorry, I do not recognize your MBC abbreviation. However, I would try a different projectile

Almost every load I have ever tried in my 41 Magnums has been exceptionally accurate. I find it very easy to end up with something that shoots one ragged hole.

There are hundreds of local casters making .410 projectiles available at local gun shows. If a caster is not showing them, just ask if he can do some up for you.

Plus there are lots of internet sources. Matts Bullets comes to mind with 3 offerings. Laser Cast from Oregon Trail offers 41 SWCs as does Meister. You have beartooth and cast performance who offer heavy weights with or without gas checks. I am certain there are other national mail order houses to choose from.

My standard for years has been a cast swc and 7.0 of Unique.

Has this firearm ever shot a load with the accuracy you are after?

Have your dies ever loaded ammunition with the accuracy you are after?

How well does your seating die fit the nose of your bullets?

Are you using the different primers for each load?

It could be that your bullets prefer light pressure loads since that was where you got your best accuracy.

Rim Rock has a good price on their 240gr SWC. I've used Unique @ 8.0 & 8.5gr with good results but I found 8.8gr of Power Pistol very accurate with this bullet in my 657.
