Review of new Roller lever for LEE classic turret press
I recently ordered the Standard height roller lever for LEE classic turret press from inline fabrication and offer a review.
Inline Fabrication - Inline Fabrication
I purchased the Inline Fabrication roller handle a couple of weeks ago and have since given it a good workout. I only wish I had this handle when I first bought the press. Using the original ball mounted handle the palm of my hand would get sore after 150 or so rounds produced, especially if I reloaded for several days in a row. With the new roller handle, the weigh is distributed evenly across the hand, and as a result I am now able to load as many rounds as I want with no sore hand.
With the new Roller Handle the occasional bumping into the Primer tray (as done with original handle) is eliminated.
This product is highly recommended by me...

Thanks for the review. I am curious. If you don't mind, how exactly does this new handle avoid bumping the primer tray? I have sort of solved that problem by taking advantage of the crook in the original handle to direct it away as far as possible, but there is little hand clearance.

Straight arm, roller handle offset to the right of said arm, hand even more positioned offset of the arm practically eliminates bump.
I also took advantage of positioning the crook in the original handle to direct it away, but I would still have an occasional bumping of the tray. Maybe, due to me wearing work gloves during reloading I was more prone to bumping. No gloves needed now.

All the gear I've ordered from Inline Fabrication has always been awesome. I don't find it shocking that this handle works great. It's odd to me that Lee still isn't offering a roller handle for the Classic Turret.

You got that right. I have sent LEE several e mails about this. They offer one for the regular turret press but not for their best press??
I want one, but at a LEE price Although $48 shipped is not that bad, I always thought it cost more? Maybe the other company that makes them??

I ordered one for my LnL. Very nice, but I could not get it lined up at exactly 90°. When seating primers I was always pushing at an angle, which made it harder to seat them. I went back to the regular handle, but the roughness and the seam really worked on my hand. Finally went to this:
I like the large size and it is completely smooth, so no eating on the palm of your hand.
I always liked the wood ball on my LCT. Any rough spots smoothed out quickly and it turns in your palm without irritating it.
Probably mostly and individual thing.

Interesting you mention this. For the same reason, I had to adjust the handle about 1/2 dozen times to get it lined up correctly, it's all good now!

Looks like you just took a pic of my LNL AP as mine also went back to that handle with an 8 ball grip. Its great as the larger area make primer seating a breeze during long sessions. I needed a better lock but on the roller arm than I could find and I didn't want to locktite it in place.

I've often wondered about a roller handle. However, for me, it seems that I like to stand slightly off center to left of the press and at a slight turned angle a bit as I run it. In this position, I'm thinking I NEED a bent arm with ball that doesn't force me to apply pressure directly perpendicular to the bench. I could (and would like to) be wrong. Are you standing dead center in front?

I have shifted my position to directly in front of the press with the new arm. I'm used to it now and very satisfied..

I sit on a stool with my right arm straight out to work the handle. This puts my body mostly to the left where my bullets and brass are. It took me a little while to find the correct position for me. I changed from a Lee Classic Turret to the LnL solely because the 400 lever pulls to make 100 rounds were hard on my shoulder.
I would have liked to loctited my roller handle but if I got it positioned correctly I didn't want to to undo it to loctite and didn't want to loctite it in the wrong position.
