Here's a link to Hodgden's load data page. I always look up load data personally and never take someone's recommendation without verifying it with published data. Set your sights on pistol reloading data | Hodgdon Reloading

If you have trouble navigating the load data page, ask questions here and I'll be glad to help you. (the data you requested is there, I checked)

Do a search for 9mm and 700x several threads in the last few weeks, including mine. Good luck

Get a reloading manual, better yet get two. Check every pad you decide to use with another source. The manuals are not expensive. In the alternative I think all of the powder manufacturer publish there own and offer them free. I would not take a chance on misinformation or a typographical error in a forum post. my eyesight and my body parts are too valuable to me. Not to mention the possibility of destroying a valuable firearm.

I have had good luck with 4.2 grains of 700X, Winchester 115 gr. FMJ Flat Base Bullets, CCI 500 primers, R-P brass with a Cartridge OAL = 1.151" This is the max load given on the Hodgdon website. I have loaded this same Bullet with 4.4gr. of 700X and my Sig P 239 eats them up. But start at the lower end of powder weights and work up. I have used 700X in 9mm,45ACP,and 357 Magnum with excellent results, 700X is a clean burning good shooting powder that gets a bad rap because "it does not meter well" I gotten past that and use it a lot.
