Lock and Load Bushings Fit in Die Holders?
Have a Hornady Lock and Load and a set of Lee .38 dies on the way. Will the dies fit back in their case while wearing the bushings? Whole point of the bushings is leaving them on. Just wondering.

Will not fit in Lee box, will (mostly*) fit in Hornady boxes. Empty Hornady boxes are available for sale.
* Depends on how many dies, their sizes, and how far they sit through the bushings. I've always (380, 9, 45, 223, 308, 30-06) been able to get Lee/Hornady 3-die sets in the Hornady boxes even substituting RCBS competition seaters - but not Redding's version. 4-die sets are iffy but Lee's probably will fit.

You might consider making a rack with rows of 4 holes for each set of dies. You can keep the rack in a file draw to protect the dies with collets in place. A Friend had a rack for the dies without the collets and bored it out when discovered the L-N-L system. His is set up for around 50 cartridges. Ivan

The LEE breech lock bushing on the dies will fit in the LEE box. I do not know if the Hornadys are much bigger?
There is always little, Rubbermaid, Sterilite, burp and seal, clear boxes that work well. Hints from Heloise.

1# Folgers plastic coffee can.
2, 3, 4, 5 drawer plastic drawer set from Walmart. (About $5)
I now use the plastic drawers. All four dies, the shell plate, primer shuttle, and primer punch all go into one drawer.

The only problem is that after putting them away, in another hour you'll be hungry for powder.
Is your favorite the ones that stored Kung POW chicken?
I have heard that soy sauce is the perfect moisture barrier.
Particularly good storage for 9 mirrimeter Ree Dies.
