Got around to doing my final test with the little 3" 9mm...
Was testing out low target loads that had X-lite recoil along
with some accuracy for all day plinking and messing around
for killing paper and tin cans inside of 25 yards.

I found the lowest amount of powder that works my action
and still get fair accuracy but might bump it up one more tenth
or more.
The cases were pretty dirty and even my lowest Red Dot load
was doing 924 fps !! A little more powder might drop the two higher
shots down with the group of three, maybe?

Sort of amazing that the 9mm will shoot this well at this very low velocity............

I load all my 9mm rounds with Red Dot. Just curious.... what is your lowest Red Dot load?

5.0 grains of CFE under a Berry's 124 grain plated is my favorite plinking reload. Clean and accurate.
