Free Hazmat?
Checked out Cabela’s, Sportsman’s and another LGS and all were out of small pistol primers. Anyone know of any sites offering deals on Hazmat right now?

Graf and Sons has flat rate shipping of $8 per order and $10 hazmat fee for $18 total. Some places charge $28 for hazmat alone.

YUP - everyone seems to be running sales on ammo, components, and accessories these days as sales are currently in a slump for the hobby.

Check out MidwayUSA, Natchez Shooters Supply or Midsouth Shooters Supply. They all seem to offer free shipping and free/reduced HazMat fees regularly.

Graf's is great. I've always been happy with their selection and their customer service.
One thing to think about regarding hazmat, though. They are fixated on getting an adult signature for hazmat upon delivery. If nobody's going to be home, you need to go to a UPS warehouse to get the package. Not your local UPS store since UPS won't let you redirect hazmat to those locations. Be sure you're going to be home for delivery or the UPS warehouse is close enough to you. In my case, the warehouse is about 10 miles from home, but 40 miles from work. And they're only open for pickup between 3:30 pm and 5:30 pm on weekdays! I got my package, but it wasn't worth saving $10. Their $10 hazmat fee is a bonus but I'll pay a $20 fee if the package could be left on the porch without a signature.

Signatures for delivery of firearms related stuff is becoming de rigueur.
I don't like it, but then, I used to like to pump my gas and then go inside to pay cash for it.

Yeh and completely retarded, Its not like the shipper asks for ID or for the signature to be legible. Just makes it a pain.
I refuse to do business with any company that requires this. Or one that ships via Fedex, which are also impossible to work with.
I can see why companies do it. Thieves, that receive package then lie, or ones walking by and seeing package on porch. Or even the drivers.
Problem is "sig required doesnt really prevent these.

Powder Valley....
Powder Valley has $20 hazmat. It seems that these companies figured that they could sell a LOT of powder if they helped out with the hazmat fee.

Following, as I'm looking for primers also. Our local Cabela's has almost zero primers of any kind on their shelves, so I need to go mail order, apparently.
Graf is cheaper on shipping/hazmat, but more on primers (WSP). So even with the higher shipping/hazmat, the total price ends up being a little cheaper from Powder Valley.
