Default Winchester .224 bullets

Just a little note to let you all know that it still happens.

Went to Cabela's in Reno the other day and picked up some small pistol primers, the powder shelf did not have anything that I was short of, that I really needed.... bummer.

I then walked over to the bullet area and looked at the bulk Reminton and Winchester .224 55gr FMJ bullets in the 110 bags.
Winchester had it all over the Rem, per shape, sharp point and minimum boat-tail, even though they were $2.00 more a bag.
As I was looking at the clear plastic and the Winchester bullets, something in the middle of the bullets caught my eye.
There it was..............
A formed brass unit ready for lead but empty, it looked just like a empty 22 case.
I asked if they would give me a discount on the bag but they told me that they had to send it back to the company for "Safety reasons".

Back to the drawing boards.
