Question HORNADY 32. WAD CUTTERS

Well it seems that these are no more. Everywhere they list them they say discontinued. They have been my standby for years and being down to my last couple of boxes I figured to start looking. Not many choices for this bullet out there and having never used anything else for this loading I thought perhaps a member with other experiences might chime in as to the ouality of others.?? If you can, THANKS!!

I've used Speer, Hornady, and Lapua .32 HBWC's for 20 years with excellent results. Speer lists them on their website, but neither Midway nor Graf's has them. Magtech also makes these bullets and Midway has them, but I've never tried them. Graf's has the Lapua bullets in both 83 grain and 98 grain versions; they are pricey but great quality. Lots of cast wadcutters available in .32, but they're not hollow base.

It's too bad about the Hornady bullets, but we still have choices!

Missouri Bullets has them. $33.00 / 500 or $ 37.00 / 500 for the coated ones.

When I shot Bullseye matches years ago I found Lapua to produce the most consistent results out of both my Hammerli target pistols.
If you are using the gun for just general range work I would deal with Missouri Bullet Co. Great people there.

Yeah, Hornady got back to me-- said not enough demand-- translates into - not enough profit--- a lot of that going around.

Have looked at several choices- been out of the loop for so long that while I had heard of Missouri Bullets I never had the need to check them out until this post. Seems as if they have a 'bundle' offering that will save a few bucks which will help with shipping. I think I will get a bundle of the coated ones in next week. Hope they are good at shipping. THANKS EVERYONE!!
