Default .38 S&W Enfield No.2 Mk1 200gr

Loaded some of Matt's Bullets, 200gr LRN. Targets are 10yds using a center bull two handed hold, and single action. The first target is 2.4gr W231 and the second is 2.6gr. I'll bet the Brits use a 6:00 hold.
If I would turn these targets over, they would look like my results with 158gr Missouri Bullet LSWC.

I have made many 38/200 rounds to shoot in the same revolver just for history sake and fun. Its amazing now accurate a 200gr bullet at low velocities can be. I used a different bullet though, one made from a Lyman #358430 mold but i did use W231. It sure is cool shooting a round that is so nostalgic from a historical revolver.

I went back to the range this AM and put my target down at 20yds. Matt's 200gr .361 LRN with W231 2.6gr. 32 shots single and double action with a 6:00 hold. Except for a couple, I kept them inside the outer ring. I was pleased with the result, though not as good as a couple decades ago.
Did some SA at 15yds and you can pretty much shoot the bull out. The six o'clock hold made all the difference.
