5.5 grs HP38/231 (WW data) and Dardas 158 gr cast (16 Bnh), Remington cases and WSP primers. Five shot string avg 956 fps from my S&W Mod 28 4 inch. Very accurate also on 50 ft B3 targets. Probably would just about break 1,000 fps in 6 inch.
Like shooting a heavy 38 Spl +P. Good target and working load.
