Default FNM 92-1 Headstamp - Can it be reloaded?

I was sorting some range brass and in my inspection process I found about 20 brass cartridges that had "FNM 92-1" on the headstamp. They measured the same as 9 mm Luger. On the inside center was a dimple in the center with two smaller holes adjacent to the center dimple. Is this a Berdan primer? Can I deprime and prime these cartridges with my Lees dies?

Yes it is berdan primed.
No, you can't decap it with regular dies.
Not worth the trouble for everyday brass.

I believe there's a hook type decapper available for the Berdan stuff. But, probably not worth the trouble of getting it mixed up with your regular brass and breaking a decapping pin.

Berdan-primed brass can be loaded, but as previously stated, it's too much work, and there is no good source for Berdan primers in the USA. Dump them in your recycle bin.
