Default Coated bullets

Does anybody use coated bullets in an HK. I have a 40 USP and a P7m8. Not to worried about the USP but the P7 has a gas piston. Any comments on your experience would help.

The coating doesn't flake off if properly done. Basically a cheaper version of plated. I shoot them in all my guns & wouldn't hesitate to use them in a gas piston version.

Quality coated bullets are ok, the Hexagonal rifling doesn't tolerate flakey coated, nor lead very well. I usually stick with plated or jacketed, if you shop around on line the cost is identical.
