Default Wolf Gold 223 Rem for reloading

I have already posted about Wolf Gold 223. This is an excellent ammo. Using Wolf Gold for reloading is my concern. Anybody else having problems with Wolf Gold for reloading? Here are some data from my earlier post:
Out of 835 once-fired cases, 162 were bad (149 Wolf, 13 PPU/LC).
Out of 127 twice-fired cases, I had 16 Wolf bad and 3 LC bad.
Recently I resized 369 once-fired Wolf Gold cases and only 40 would not resize to proper spec. Also resized 218 twice-fired cases and 36 would not size properly (27 Wolf, 3 LC, 3 DNL and one PPU, SADU, and TAA).

Anybody else having any issues with Wolf Gold 223?

Sounds as if you are using a case gauge to determine whether the brass is within specs for proper fit.

I have used the once-fired brass from a number of factory ammos (including Wolf Gold) to make handloads. I run all sized cases through a JES gauge and discard those that don't fit the gauge. Mostly, I use once-fired Remington .223 brass. I did count the rejects in one batch of 1,000 of the Remington. As I recall, the discard rate was about 8-10%, only slightly less than your reject rate.

I have not counted the discard rate of other brass, but it's probably about the same as the Remington. I would guess that some of the brass I've discarded based on the case gauge check would probably work fine, but I'm not going to try it as I've never had a malfunction of any kind, including failure to chamber or extract with brass and loaded ammo that fits the gauge.

What exactly do you mean by "bad" casings ? I've reloaded about 1200 rounds of once fired Wolf brass and zero issues. I rank Wolf brass as very good.
