I managed to break off half of the screwdriver slot on the stem of my primer pocket swager. A replacement is on the way, compliments of RCBS.

Had several occasions to deal with RCBS over the years, always exceeded my expectations.

Bought a .45ACP die set in 1982.Loaded tens of Ks rounds with it.2 years ago,the carbide ring of the sizing die came unglued.I just mentionned it to them and they asked me to send it back.Less than 2 weeks later(and I live in Canada,not in USA),I received a brand new sizing die at no charge.
Think about it,that's 34 years later.That's service with a capital S.You can bet that I've got lots of green colored stuff on my loading bench!
Now if they could have such a warranty with cars!
