Lee Precision Customer Service
I have bad-mouthed the quality of Lee reloading / casting equipment for years. The exception was there 6-cavity bullet molds which just work perfectly.
I broke the sprue plate opening cam on one of my molds. I just placed an order ON LINE through LeePrecision.com for about $15 worth of replacement / repair parts. All I paid for was first class postage.
What a turn-around in customer service and repair parts.

I have not personally had but one quality issue with Lee equipment and that was the old priming tool that I broke . They replaced it for free and they paid the shipping . They have always had the best customer service of anyone I have ever dealt with .

I know of only one Lee product that for me has NEVER worked well. The Pro1000. That thing sucks. However all those aluminum molds work fantastic for me. The dies are good also. I even like my Lee hand priming tool, but would like it better if it had a square tray. It can be tricky loading the round tray with square primer packages.

I have numerous Lee die sets, no problem with any of them, except for a metal burr inside a rifle FL die which was scratching cases. Even though I did not buy that set directly from Lee, Lee replaced that die promptly and without question. I have two of the Lee hand priming tools as previously mentioned. I keep one set up for large primers, the other for small primers. I know that's not really necessary, but that's the way I do it. No problems with those tools either even after many years of use.

^^^^^^^^What all dem guy said^^^^^^^
I feel that Lee products are a big part of what made reloading possible for many folks that may have otherwise not gotten started or continued in reloading. Dealt with them a few times and always found serivice to be outstanding, same with RCBS.

If you had bought a Dillon it would not have broken and even if it did they would send a hot model to your house and pay you to replace it,

I've never had to deal with Lee's Customer Service. Of course that may be a testimony in its own right.
But I have dealt with RCBS customer service even with issues that were my own fault and they didn't even charge me postage.

I dropped a Lee primer arm and bent the cup. Spoke with Lee explained what I had done and asked to place an order for another. I received the replacement in a couple of days, no charge.
Great service.

I wanted a few spare decapping pins. Midway was backordered, so I placed an order direct with Lee online. After putting in my credit card etc, they shipped them right out and didn't change me for pins orvshipping

Hi Engineer 1911,
I had problems with Lee's service, years ago as you did! I'll have to give them another try!
Glad you talked to them directly & just paying shipping, rather then buying at full price + shipping, from someone on line!
RCBS & Dillon are TOPS on my list! Always fast & easy dealings with them!
Load well & safe,
Broom96

Yeah but the point is the stupid thing shouldn't break. I replaced several of mine with machined steel ones. Yep, they don't break.

I've only had to call Lee customer service one time. Around ten years ago, when I first got into reloading, I bought a Lee Turret press. It did a great job, but I was confused about a die adjustment and decided to call Lee customer service for help.
It was a Friday, and it was after 5:00, their time, so I wasn't sure if I'd be able to get through to anyone. To my surprise, my call was answered, without any annoying automated message front-end prompts. A live voice answered after a couple of rings. Guy that answered identified himself as "John," and was very nice, very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me with my question, learned that I was a new reloader, and helped me with some other questions I had. He took a lot of time with me and I thought it was a great customer service experience.
During the course of our conversation, I learned that "John" was actually John Lee, the President of the company. Great guy, and very interested in helping out his customer! I thought it was pretty good that the company president was involved enough to still take some (after hours) customer service calls.
Other than that call, I've never had a problem with any of my Lee gear, so I've not had to call them again. I've gone to non-Lee progressive press since then, but still use some Lee dies and Lee powder measures (I like the Lee powder thru expander die...) with some calibers.

I got a LEE Pro 1000 in 45acp used for free. It was out of time. I got her all in time. Now I'm old school when it comes to reloading. I decap in that cheap open Lee press. I rough polish the brass, clean the pocket primer, check the case length. Now I use the Lee pocket primer.
Now I use the pro 1000 to charge and seat the bullets.
I broke the handle three times on my Lee pocket primer all three handles were free. I use all Lee dies in my RCBS rockchucker press.

I have been using Lee products since 1984 and only had one issue till now and they resolved it to my satisfaction real quick. The problem I am having now, not so quick. My new 22 Hornet die set came with a .222 dia. as they all do. The problem is Lee dies are designed for loading .223 dia. bullets which are really hard to find and they are too small for modern Hornet rifles. When I say "modern" I mean since WW II. At first the rep said I was trying to load too large a bullet for the Hornet. When I told him that .224 was the correct size for the Hornet now not .223 he disputed it. I referred him to Lee's own publication on page #181 where it shows the Hornet using .224 dia. bullets. Then he tells me they are not going to make a special decapper rod just for me because I am the only person who has complained about the decapper rod being too small. I told him that they don't have to all they have to do is ship me a 22 TCM decapper rod that is the "industry standard" for 22 caliber ammunition now days. There was a lot of other discussion but long story short he said over a week ago he would pass my complaint and recommendation on to management.
