Default High Five to RCBS

I bought a used Jr2 press at the Wannenmacher show in Tulsa a few days ago. It is a bit rough with a little rust here and there but very functional. The only problem was the handle wouldn’t stay up. I sent an email to their customer service department and received a response the next business day. They sent me some bent washers which corrected the problem. I just want to let folks know how well they treat their customers. Great service on an old 1973 press which is getting used now as a secondary press to my Rock Chucker.

RCBS was very helpful when I called looking for parts for my primer arm too.

My old JR3 does all my sizing & priming duties.

RCBS is top rate for service.

Pretty soon someone will post how another company is better and RCBS copied them.

I have always found RCBS to to be tops when it comes to QA/QC, hence they do well. You very rarely, if ever, hear any unsatisfactory comments about them.

In LE we call that a "clue".

RCBS has great service. I have to get in touch with them myself for some small parts. Those washers are called wave washers. I happened to have some when I got an OLD Jr press.. Put 'em on and all was OK too. Gave the press to a friend to get started reloading..May have been a mistake..he has SO many questions now!! I have a friend who sells much reloading stuff on ebay and he gets lots of Lee products(older Lee Loaders) he needs parts for and he says they have really good service. The folks at Redding seem very helpful too...the very few times I have called them

Noted.

That's why a lot of us look to RCBS first when we need equipment. Yeah, it may cost a little more to begin with, but that small difference pays for a lifetime of first-class support.

I'm still loading on a Jr., that I bought in 1963. All original parts. Maybe 100,000 rounds.

It is my only single stage, and despite owning a Dillon, for handgun use, the Jr. is still my go to press.

RCBS helped me out on a couple of items in the last few years. They don't care if you are the original owner or not. Never charged me a dime.

Have a blessed day,

Leon

I bought a used Little Dandy powder measure body only for cheap. No hopper, rotors or drop tubes. I called RCBS to order the parts and was told they’d ship them N/C. A fine company!
