Default Does anyone make a .451 185gr fmj swc?

I know that Hornady used to make them, but I can't find them on their website. I'm guessing discontinued. I prefer jacketed, but will have to go with hard cast since that weight/style shoots close to poa in my fixed sighted Colt Gov Model

I'm a big fan of JSWC's, but they are becoming very rare. Speer still makes them, but they are the standard SWC style, not the button nose style like the Hornadys or Rem's.
Haven't seen the Hornady's or Rem's for sale in years.
Apparently people have switched to JHP's for serious bullseye. I've switched to Nosler 185 JHP's, just as accurate, and they're available locally. They just don't cut a clean hole.
Missouri Bullet makes a cast or coated cast 185 button nose SWC if you want to stick with that style.

The button style nose is what I was looking for and you just confirmed my fears. They are the only style that shoots close to POA at 25 yards. I will try the cast version of that bullet. Thanks to all for your help.

Check the folks who make plated bullets. I do believe Berry makes something close to what you're looking for.

I don't believe Bullseye is the market share it used to be. Given the general demand for ammo/components, they may well have been marginalized. Possibly to near extinction.
