Lyman standing by their product (no longer disappointed - see update)
I purchased a new T-Mag II press in November. Shoulder bolt broke in January. Told to wait 6 weeks, then that the part was in but there was a 2 week delay for heat treatment, and was told today that no, part was never in and that I will have to wait another 6 weeks. So the Lyman press has been broken for as long as its been working.
At this point (ammo shortage, I reload for a reason), I want to escalate this past the front line CS rep who has been polite and responsive, but limited in what he can actually get done. I either want my part (taking them at their word, that's impossible), a full refund, or a replacement turret press from their current production line that is actually being supported. Anyone have a contact at Lyman that they will private message me?
I don't want to be "that guy" who makes a stink with whoever answers the phone, but I'm willing to do that if I need to. The actual shoulder bolt is a non-standard sizing so I can't just go to the local specialty bolt store and pick up a replacement.

Lyman Customer Service took a huge nose dive when ATK bought them out, and it never recovered!
The will get around to you some day! In the mean time get to a real hardware store. Either they have what you need or you can improvise one!

Just say the magic words..." Let me speak with your boss "
After talking to one or two "bosses" you can usually get some satisfaction .
Its a shame Lyman was absorbed by the ATK conglomerate ...they don't really care about us small customers . I've been buying CH4D, Lee and Redding products lately , not so much Lyman any more ...it's a shame .
Good luck ,
Gary
I forgot to add ... Always be super nice and friendly when speaking with them...mean and ugly gets you squat .

Agree with Gary, just escalate it to their boss in a professional manner.

Update
Got in touch with Lyman, they are standing behind their product.
The shoulder bolt in question is not getting restocked any time soon, they expressed an intent to trade my old press for a new current production one (the All-American Brass Smith); however, they are having supply issues and don't have any at the warehouse to send me.
So they are going to refund me the purchase price. A little frustrating that it took this long, but they are doing the right thing.
Several online dealers have the Brass Smith in stock, so Lyman was about to earn my business again; but I am hearing the siren song of the Redding T-7 and will be going in that direction.
