After the last great primer shortage I would pick up a few boxes every time I went to a gun shop and saw them sitting on dealers shelf .
Got to looking around the other day and discovered troves of primers tucked away in various places that I had forgot about .
Filing cabinet had 3,000 , closet , gym bag, plastic containers full on book shelf and in laundry room storage cabinet ... the darn things are coming out the woodwork ... I'm good until the next election anyway !!!

You may consider moving them out of the laundry. Most tend to be more humid than other places in the house.

I don't see empty shelves but then again I'm not looking closely either. Most local gunshops are closed anyway.

My supply is getting uncomfortably low, I have been loading for weeks, and I'M down to 40 bricks of primers. I'll stock back up when thing cool off a little, but I'm not expecting to pay $8.99/1000 (full retail) like I did in the 80's!

About the cheapest I've found them in the past 10 years is 3 cents/per for CCI. When I can find them for that price I buy at least 5K, sometimes more.

I screwed up and started playing with a new round a couple months before this thing hit. Was enjoying a .300 Blackout pistol and started loading for it. My LGS closed in December so no source for primers other than a long drive or delivery. I have plenty of Large pistol mag and standard as well as small pistol and large rifle. For the loads I'm using I need small rifle mag. I had a few hundred but that was it. Thankfully my son took a road trip to Cabelas in KC today and called to tell me he'd found 1k of them. I'd like to have quite a few more.
