Matt’s Bullets has several choices, Missouri Bullets has one choice, and Western Bullets has at least two. Penn Bullets will custom size some of their .38 caliber bullets.

If casting from your own mould, wheel weights cast .0005 larger than Lyman #2 alloy, and Linotype is usually .001 larger than #2. Lube and shoot unsized. That would work for any 38 cal. bullet. (BTW: pure lead is around .0005 or .00075 smaller than #2 alloy.)

I like the ACME 158 grain coated SWCs.

Try Bear Creek--they've got lots of old designs (.32s, .41s, heeled designs, their .455 isn't out yet). You gotta call them, no online ordering (they have a website showing designs, prices, discusses their proprietary coating).
I'm trying out their hbwc tomorrow.

As HKSmith said, Matt's Bullets is a good source. They have, or did have, 200 gr bullets in two different sizes. The longer ones are a fuzz too long for my Webley's cylinder. I seated them a little deep, but didn't worry about pressures with the powder puff loads I'm using. Accuracy? The Webley won't hit the broad side of a barn - from the inside. It's sole use is historical interest.

Hey Jimmy, Bear Creek doesn't show a pic of it but they list a ".38 S&W style" 190 gr. .361 bullet on the price sheet.
Their coating contains molybdenum, so your fingers do turn black after loading a few but it washes off easily. The bullets are very slick and the coating seems durable.
