Default reloading bench

Saw a pic of a loading bench made from a short wooden ladder.
Anyone have an idea how to do it?
Thank you in advance

I recently saw a pic of a setup made like you had built a ladder out of 2x6's, mounted it on a wall, and then mounted press etc to it. Very space-efficient.
