The wave finally came in
Went down to my gun store to find..................
nothing !!
The primer rush had finally hit my store and the only pistol primers were..........
Federal Large pistol Magnum primers.
Might have to pay net shipping prices if they don't get an order in in 60 days or so?.
Me bad.

Unfortunately, all of the on-line retailers are out of them too.

I just got into the hobby (one of my goals returning from an overseas deployment, but the timing!) and I have everything I need except for those pesky primers.

Keep an eye on Midway USA. They have been getting them and selling in limited size orders of 1000 primers. HAZMAT stinks on that small purchase so if you are looking to try some other powders, there might be a good excuse here.
I got involved a few years back in the powder crunch. Just buy in bulk when the situation improves (I know that doesn't help you now). It's just more practical in terms of cost and logistics.

Thanks. I got a jug of No.2 as I understand it's a good .38Spl wadcutter and .44 lead bullet powder.
