Favorite 44 mag load for bowling pins?
Ever since watching my first bowling pin shoot, I've wanted to do it. If I can ever find some 44 mag brass, I want to try it. Any favorites?

Penn Bullets (in Pennsylvania) sells a special "bowling pin" bullet.
In 38, the "Thunderhead" is specifically for bowling pins,,
they have a 44 "Thunderhead" 
.44 Caliber Bullets Available From Penn Bullets

I suspect that any 44 special load will do well. A 44 mag load would be a problem because the recoil would slow you down.
Bowling pin shoots are timed events: the score is how fast you knock the pins off the table.

A while back I tried Hunter Silhouette with the 44 Mag.
I used the cast bullet hand loads that were handy.
Didn’t have any problem knocking them over,
Had some troubles hitting them!

I would think any cast bullet over 7-9 grains of Unique. You want soft recoil so you can stay on target.
