Default Looking for data

I have a friend looking at selling a 50 beowulf (12.7 x 42), my normal source for reload data (Hogden website) has no listing and Alexander arms is very limited. Is there a manual with good data out in the wild?

Hornady 10th addition has a couple of pages on it. Of course it only lists loads for Hornady bullets 300 FTX, 350 XTP Mag, and 500 FP

Thanks, I prefer the Hornady FTX and XTP bullets for the big stuff. I just got word that he will bring the gun over tonight.

I looked at a AA 50 BW upper about 15 or 20 years ago. I Bought a dummy round key chain and a 20 round box of factory 400 grain FMJ ammo. The USCG adopted the 50 BW and use the 400 grain FMJ as a "Breaching" round on drug interdiction searches.

The 500 BW is like all modern (post 1968) 50 cal cartridges and uses the .500" diameter and not the old 50-110's .510", or the British .505"! I have a couple hundred Speer 325 grain SHP's left over from selling my 50AE, I still keel thinking about getting a 50 BW upper (but the 450 Bushmaster is soooo much more affordable!)

I now have a evil black rifle and a copy of Hornady 10th edition reloading manual. The gun came with a a solar powered red dot, no magazine and one round missing from the box of Underwood ammo. He only fired once and his shoulder hurt and he put a large hole in his yard.

The Lyman 50th edition reloading handbook has three loads for 50 Beowulf. Two of them are similar to what's in the Hornady 9th edition manual. I don't have the Hornady 10th edition so I can't say how much difference there is between the 9th and the 10th editions.

I don't want to hijack your post, but I was wondering if anyone has any 50 Beowulf load data for the following?

"Cast Performance Bullets 50 Caliber (500 Diameter) Lead Flat Nose Gas Check" 440 grain lead cast bullets (Manufacturer #: CP500/440B) available from one of the major gun-related products suppliers.
