Smile Norma Brass

I was given 60 rounds of once fired brass 9mm cases.
After cleaning them I began to resize/decap.
Everything went normal until the last 10 rounds.
The decapping pin in the die would break when I attempted to lift the cases into the die.
I tried decapping the cases by hand and discovered that the flash holes were smaller than the decapping pin.
Eight of the cases were Norma and two cases were stamped "SA".

Opinions ?
