Man I did not want to.
I could not help myself. Natchez has a pretty good selection of powder. Been looking for Power Pistol and BE. Shipping, hazmat, tax, it ain’t cheap. But what can you say.

I’m a long way from being out. But I like certain powders with certain bullet weights. Running low on PP and BE.
Some folks make do with just a couple of different powders. And I guess you can if you have to.

Hey, if you need it you buy it.
Brownells, Midsouth Shooters, Hodgdon all have powders in stock too.

Power Pistol was what I was after. First I’ve seen available. Bought BE and 231 to help with hazmat fees. Hard to buy just a couple of pounds when the shipping and hazmat fees are the same.

Pulling the trigger on powder and primer purchases is much more difficult for me today than it ever was when I was young and broke.
I have more money today, but it sure doesn’t buy much.
If I find something I need at a price I can sleep with, I place the order and forget about it.

I just bought powder online the other day. Worked out to $40 a pound after HAZMAT and shipping were shared.
I think that is just reality right now.

If you can order the weight limit in hazmat materials it surely spreads the cost over more pounds of product. That's what I tried to do in times past & if I was to order today, would do the same. This is where having others share in the order helps.

If you shoot a bunch, you’ll have to start competing and place in the top three to cover the cost of components,lol.
A bunch of folks have turned straight to 22. It ain’t exactly cheap, but cheaper than center fire anything.
