I do load .38 SC, for various reasons.

Without measuring, I don't know exactly, but I believe so, however...

What exactly are you trying to do?
(I have a guess, as I may already do it if my hunch is correct.

I was thinking about getting some to shoot and with a low load would they work OK for Bullseye? Plus I have a 9mm revolver and was trying to figure why the 9 had to have more powder than the 38 short. Then it dawn on me that the 9mm is tupperware ammo.

I have used the 38 short colt brass and a 90 grain 380 bullet with 2 grains of Bullseye for starting kids out on something bigger than a 22 rimfire.

Plenty good enough for short range plinking.

The 9 also builds a lot more pressure (almost twice as much) than the 38 short colt.
