How Missouri Bullets doing?
They say not to order from them unless you can wait. Well, I can wait and around the end of July I ordered some 9mm SWCs and some .38 WCs. Haven't heard a peep from them. Usually in the worst times I get shipped within a few weeks. I'm not hurting, but I think they must really be backed up and having to wait on production runs, but I think I ordered pretty common stuff.
I've been out of circ with the Covid and other probs. I think primers are more available, just expensive. Same with brass. Fortunately I have enough powder to last til doomsday.

My last three orders shipped in a couple of days each time. Just placed another on Thursday.
Ordered .38/.357 in various type and .44 in 210 & 240.
Same quality as pre-zombie bug but Hi-Tek coating has been uniform grey since rather than different by caliber/type.

OP if your bullet order travels through the Memphis TN USPS distribution center to you it could be hung up there. That particular center is notorious for poor service with heavy packages. Check your detailed tracking to see if that may be the case.
My recent MBC order came in only a few days after I ordered.

Give them a call, something has gone astray with your order. I have had great service and communication!

I totally agree!
Even though Brad passed away 2 years ago his wife JoAnn has continued their outstanding CS as they always did. They are amazing people who actually care about their customers. Give them a call and they will make it right...

Plus one for Missouri Bullets. I don't know how they are doing at the moment, but I am pretty sure that they are doing very well.
Probably two years ago now, back when the shortage of everything that had anything to do with shooting made it literally impossible to buy anything, I had an order in with Missouri Bullets. I was warned at the onset that they were swamped beyond belief and that it was going to take a while to get them. But they assured me that I would get them. It did take a while, and I did get them.
What upset me, though, was a conversation that I had with JoAnn. At one point I had called to get an update and she answered. She was pretty close to the end of her rope, but still very polite and helpful. She shared with me that she was pretty much spending her day on the phone getting terribly abused. She said that people were actually making death threats towards her and her family if she did not expedite their order.
I can't imagine anyone acting this way over some cast bullets. Everyone at the time with an IQ above that of a carrot knew of the shortage of everything and knew that they would be lucky to get anything from anyone. Missouri Bullets were one of the few vendors that I normally deal with who were killing themselves to get product out the door and pretty much succeeding. Slower than probably anyone would have dreamed in their ultimate bullet fantasy. But, they were making bullets and shipping them. You could count on getting your order. Like I said, slower than you might like, but you would get it.
Three cheers for these folks. They kept, and keep plowing forward. I shudder to think what would happen if I owned a business and got treated that way. I probably wouldn't still be in business. I wouldn't put up with that.

MBC has always been a solid company. I have been buying from them since they were just a start up. That said, the owner died in the past year or so, and with the supply problems going on your order might have slipped through the cracks or had something else going on. Give them a call.

Someone actually gave JoAnn death threats over bullets? I would have reported them to the authorities AND canceled their order just because they don't deserve to shoot MBC bullets after that! The jerk should be put in jail...

Jo Ann passed away on March 27 (as noted on Missouri Bullet's Facebook page). Fortunately, she and Brad had made plans for the company to continue.

I ordered some 140 grain, 40 caliber bullets for my unlimited pistol. Had them in two weeks. Good service imho in these days. Call THEM if there is an issue, no need to see what’s going on in a unrelated Internet forum.
Regards, Rick Gibbs

I had not heard that. Very sad to hear. She and Brad were always very helpful and courteous every time I contacted them.

I just got a shipping notice from them.....
Gads, I've been out of touch for while due to sickness, etc. I had no idea they were having such problems. Thanks for letting me know about the deaths of Jo Ann and Brad.
I never try to fret over long deliveries. I must have ordered something they had to make a run on. I hope they can continue making quality products because that's what I'm concerned about.
Thanks again for the responses.
Wayno
PS: I just sent them a note thanking them for doing a great job.
