I got back to Alabama from a trip to North Illinois real late this past Friday night. On Saturday, I visited a local arms dealer and inquired about primers. He told me that he would have some in on Monday afternoon (today). Well, I called and they actually came in, but they were limiting the amounts to 1000 per customer per day. That makes sense and, I can live with that. I thanked the guy for spreading them around.
So I went down and bought 500 WLP and 500 WLR primers. AH, live is good. To Make myself feel even better about being an American, I went to anouther dealer and bought a new M360.
Life is good, until the ammo runs out.

See, you went through all that hassle in the frozen northland for nothing. You came home and stumbled on a virtual primer cornucopia right there in the heart of Dixie.

You are a honorable person. Some others would have sent their wife or friend in to buy another 1000.

Where in Alabama did you find them? I go down to Larry's P&P to see what he has and would be interested in some if they have any more to sell by the time I make it back down there.

At Wiley's in Huntsville. Larry's dosen't carry such things. They were pricey at $41.50 per 1k. They had LRM, LR, LP/LPM. All Winchester. They also had some Federal LP's. No small pistol anything.
I just called, and Wiley's has about 4000 LP primers left. I think I have about a year's supply, so hopefully I can get by for a while.
I cann't be sure that I can get by there tomorrow. Or else, I'd get you some.

Buy them all and drive South to Fl. Set up a roadside stand instead of fruit sell primers. They will be gone in seconds and pay for your trip
