I was gives 900+ rounds of once fires 9mm brass from an FBI Range Session. The brass has the primers crimped in place.

The brass is marked:

93
WCC
There is also a Circle with a cross inside, on the rim as well as the other identification mentioned above.

I'm guessing Winchester military.
Maybe even NATO and/or Machine Gun Ammo.

All rounds were fired in fully automatic weapons.

Winchester Cartridge Co. = WCC
93 = the year, 1993

The cross in a circle is a NATO mark. I've sen it on live surplus .308 and fired rifle and pistol brass I've bought also.

Thats great 9mm brass a bit thicker than comercial. but you will need to remove he crimp on the primer pocket. there are many ways but one of the most inexpencive is a gizmo that works in your reloading press you do one at a time it does small and large primer holes with a change of the plunger rod that pushes in the crimp.
