Default .32 Double Action 3rd Model

Can someone give me a bit of help on a gun? I'm looking at what appears to be a S&W .32 double action, however, I'm not sure of the model. It's blued, with the semi circular front sight. The serial number is 25,795 which would make it a "third" model. I think I can get it for about $140. I'm not real good a judging condition of such an old gun, but a knowledgable friend who was with me estimated the condition to be about 80% for a gun of this vintage. Is this a keeper or something you'd pass on?

SWSC indicates the following:

ANIB $600 Exc+ $450 Exc $300 Fine $250 VG $210 Good $160

Fair $110 Poor $70

Be careful because one man's 80% is another's 60% and visa versa.

If I could get a function S&W that's not a parts gun for $140 from circa 1882-83 I'd snag it.

But that's just me.

Other will follow with more wisdom.......
