I've never used them (too expensive for me.
)
It's my understanding that the tools that come with the kit has a depriming punch. The primers are .22RF "acorn" blanks. They are available at places that sell starter guns or dog training guns. It also looks like they have to be placed in the cylinder just right or the firing pin won't hit the primer. If there is any movement of the unfired cases under recoil, they could move out of alignment and not work.
Another problem you will run across is finding correct bullets. As I recall the .32 RF used a heel seated bullet and I have no idea where to find any. I think they also offer the bullets, but the shipping costs of lead from France could get expensive. I suppose you could use a round ball seated in the case, but there would be no accuracy. Might as well just shoot the blanks.
All in all, it just didn't seem worth the EU130 plus shipping.
There used to be modern .32RF available (I think Navy Arms imported them at one time). I have no idea what they were loaded with, but unless they were pretty low power I wouldn't want to fire them in a #2. (The action is just too weak and any #2 in good enough shape to be considered safe to fire is getting to be worth much more as a collectible than taking the chance of damaging it as a shooter.)
