does any one what the going price is on this gun? the rifeling is in vey good condition with little to no flaws on finish any more help would be great and thanks for everyones help

Dirty, assuming it's not been refinished and is in good mechanical condition, it could bring $500+ range in an auction. Ivory stocks are not often seen on this model and if they are original and numbered to the gun, add another $100+. Demand for this model is not high among S&W collectors, however this appears to be a nice specimen, and the rise in cowboy shooting has increased the demand for these in the recent years, if they are shootable.
