I have a .32 top break revolver "New Departure"
what I dont know if it is a 1st 2nd 3rd ect ect
The serial# is 715XX. It apears to be in VG shape with the bore haveing some pitting and muzzle end frosted. for the age and being stored in a sock for ?????? Needs firingpin and spring.

what is a good price for these knowing it needs work. The side plate screws are a little messed up also

Default .32 Safety Hammerless

You have a 1st Model manufatcured from 1888 to 1902. I have #659xx which shipped in 1896, and 881xx shipped in 1900, so I would guess yours to be around 1897-88. I have seen these sell anywhere from $100-275, depending on condition. Considering the work yours needs I would put it at the lower end.
