Default 1st-2nd, early 3rd, late 3rd model sears

I have an SW 38DA 2nd model needing rear sear, found out that the top break 38 DA's had (3) different rear sears, by what I'm told they are:

1st-2nd model
early 3rd model
late 3rd model

I know what the 3rd model sear looks like, it is common and I have 2 of those guns and a spare rear sear- also have a spare rear sear that is slightly smaller and appears to be an early 3rd model parts- but do not know what the
2nd model sear even looks like

does anyone have a 1st-2nd model rear sear, or a gun apart whereby they can take a picture of the part- and can the early 3rd model sear be adapted (machined/ground) to fit the2nd model ?
