Default can anyone tell me anything about my smith pistol

its a revolver on top of the barrel it says smith-wesson springfield mass u.s.a. patended oct 8. 01 dec 17,01 feb 6,06 sept 14 0? dec ? 014 left side of barrel say smith-wesson right side of barrel say 32-20 ctg mide in the usa on the bottom of the grip is 114743 any help would be appreciated thanks jerry

You have a .32-20 Hand Ejector Model of 1905, 4th change. Almost 80,000 of these were manufactured between 1915 and 1940 in barrel lengths of 4, 5 & 6 inches, with standard sights or target sights. and blue or nickel finish. Your gun was probably shipped from S&W in 1923.
