Welcome to the Forum. S&W made a lot of these revolvers, so high production figures affect value. I would say the gunsmith might have been slightly optimistic with a 95% grading, but the pictures may not display the finish as well as needed to determine percentage. To me, the cylinder looks like it has lost bluing and what remains is quite thin, but as I say, it may be the pictures. Also, it looks like a brass front sight, and if so, it is a replacement. Do the hard rubber stocks have the same serial number as the rest of the gun? They look slightly smaller than the frame, which would be unusual for the factory to produce less than perfect fitting stocks.
As for value, I would say maybe around $500, but with some concerns as said above, might be lower. Hope that helps.
