Default Lemon Squeezer

My boss has a S&W 38 cal. break barrel T-top revolver with serial number 188378. (Lemon Squeezer) I am trying to figure out the year, and value.

It's a .38 Safety Hammerless 4th Model, from ca. 1905. It is impossible to value it without having some good detailed photos to assess completeness, originality, and condition. There were a great many of those made, and only those in absolute top condition have any collector value.
